1. REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW

This policy applies regardless of:

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will:
- Prevent future billing cycles from being charged
- Allow you to retain access to premium content until the end of your current paid billing period
- Result in automatic conversion to a free account after your paid period expires
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
4. EXCEPTIONS
In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our part
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged an incorrect amount due to our error
- Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)

All refund requests are subject to review and investigation. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. TRIAL PERIODS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
If we offer trial periods or promotional subscriptions in the future:
- Trial periods are provided at no charge and do not require a refund if cancelled before conversion to a paid subscription
- If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged
- If a trial period converts to a paid subscription automatically, standard refund policies apply
- Promotional offers and discounts are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated

If you paid via credit card and believe a charge was made in error, you may also contact your credit card company to dispute the charge. However, please note that disputing a valid charge may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.
