1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Clarity Tip provides sports data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and informational content ("The Services"). These services are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

We do not provide gambling, wagering, or betting services. We do not operate as a sportsbook, gambling operator, or betting platform. Clarity Tip is strictly an informational data and analysis service that provides intellectual property in the form of statistical analysis and research.

Our platform delivers proprietary analytical content and data-driven insights based on statistical models, historical data analysis, and sports research methodologies. We are a subscription-based information service, not a gambling facilitator.

2. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

5. SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY

Fees: Access to premium analysis, data, and informational content is provided via a recurring subscription fee. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by the user.

Refund Policy: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, by explicitly requesting immediate access to our digital content at checkout and acknowledging the waiver statement, you agree to waive this 14-day cooling-off period.

Once you have accessed premium content, no refunds will be provided except:

• If we fail to deliver the service as described
• If there are technical issues preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days
• If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of Terms (pro-rata refund)
• If required by law in your jurisdiction

Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. Users will retain access to premium content until the end of the current paid billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated to users in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next billing cycle.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All picks, tips, analysis, predictions, statistical models, data compilations, methodologies, algorithms, and informational content shared on or through this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Clarity Tip and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, copying, reproducing, or redistributing any content without written authorization
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting our content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our proprietary methodologies or algorithms
• Creating derivative works based on our content
• Using our content to create competing services or products
• Publishing our content on third-party platforms, websites, or social media

Any violation of these intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of service without refund, and Clarity Tip reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarity Tip, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses, losses of profits, or lost opportunities
• Damages resulting from decisions made based on our informational content
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Legal fees or expenses
• Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clarity Tip from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Clarity Tip makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, statistics, or information provided

• The absence of errors, bugs, or technical issues

10. TERMINATION

A. Termination by Clarity Tip

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Fraudulent activity or payment issues (chargebacks, declined payments)
• Abuse of our Services, systems, or staff
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Multiple violations of Terms after prior warning

If we terminate your account due to YOUR breach of Terms, you will lose access immediately and NO refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

If we terminate your account for reasons OTHER than your breach (e.g., we discontinue the service, legal requirements not caused by you), you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

B. Termination by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will:

• Prevent future billing
• Maintain your access until the end of your current paid period
• Not result in a refund for the current billing period (unless within the 14-day cooling-off period and you have NOT waived this right)

C. Effect of Termination

Upon termination (by either party): Your access to premium content will cease; Your account data will be retained for legal/tax purposes (6 years minimum); You may request data deletion after the legal retention period; All intellectual property rights remain with Clarity Tip.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Clarity Tip reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our Services and cancel your subscription. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
